The Skills Training & Management (Pvt) Ltd. (STAM), established in 2005, is an associate company of Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd, a leading construction service provider in Sri Lanka. We specialize in training and assigning skilled personnel such as Construction Supervisors, Technical Officers, Skilled Craftsmen, and Security Personnel to construction sites of Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd and the subsidiary and associate companies of the Sanken Group across the island.
Through Sanken Overseas (Pvt) Ltd, we also provide opportunities for skilled craftsmen to work on overseas construction projects.
STAM is registered with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) as a licensed Foreign Employment Agency, authorized to recruit and dispatch skilled manpower for overseas projects undertaken by the Sanken Group of Companies.
We are accredited to conduct NVQ Level 4 courses in the construction industry, including Construction Site Supervisor and Occupational Health & Safety Officer programs. In addition, our STAM Institute offers a range of short-term courses such as construction related.
Our trained personnel undergo intensive practical and theoretical training and are then deployed individually or as teams to meet the workforce needs of the Sanken Group of Companies.
